Initiated by Beidou Rongmei, this sticker pack was jointly created in collaboration with the broadcasting and television stations of four regions—Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, and Inner Mongolia—as well as the Liaoning Province Cultural, Sports, and Tourism Industry Development Group.

The project team solicited nearly one hundred authentic and commonly used Northeast Chinese colloquialisms from frontline reporters and editors; following a rigorous process of selection and refinement, the first batch of 16 stickers was ultimately produced.

Centered around "Brother Tiger"—the official mascot of the Northeast China Football League—the stickers feature a lighthearted and lively aesthetic, designed to capture both the excitement of the tournament and the nuances of everyday conversation.

Currently, this sticker pack is undergoing internal beta circulation within media circles, where it has already garnered widespread attention and acclaim.
